Lincoln Station townhomes feature a spacious living area with living room and dining room enjoying a cathedral ceiling. The fireplace dominates one end of the living room and the stairway to the upper master bedrooms balances off the other. Between, a generous slider lets the view in and you out to the deck. Each upper bedroom enjoys its own full bath. The kitchen is spacious but efficient and there is a half bath on the living level as well. Those homes having four bedrooms feature a second family room on the lower level where a third bath serves the third and fourth bedrooms.
All homes have membership in the Lincoln Station Swim Club where an indoor pool, foosball table and ping pong await your enjoyment. Tennis courts are strategically located for easy access from any home.
Lincoln Station is located between the Kancamagus Scenic Byway and the Pemigewasset River. Old Hole is accessible from the property for those who want to enjoy the old fashioned way of summer swimming.
