Forest Ridge 310 is a lovely three bedroom 2.75 bath townhouse. Enter to the main living level where you can enjoy cooking in the well equipped kitchen, newly remodeled with granite counter tops, or relax in front of the wood burning fireplace in the spacious living area. Also on the main level is a 3/4 bath, a bedroom with two twin beds and a television as well as acess t othe back deck with gas grill. Journey upstairs to the remaining two bedrooms each with their own private bath. On this level the master bedroom offers a queen bed and television while the second bedroom offers two twin beds.
This end unit is situated within walking distance to the Club House, with indoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over-looking a private pond. Loon Mountain Ski Area is only a mile away. Weekend and holiday shuttle bus service to Loon Ski Area is available in season.
