Also on this level is a half bath and the master bedroom suite including queen size bed, TV/DVD and full bath. Upstairs is a sitting loft, a full bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. Downstairs is a spacious living area with TV as well as two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, the other with two twin beds) and a full bath.
Forest Ridge 18-1 is situated within a short walk to the Million Dollar Club House, with indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over-looking a private pond. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away.
Forest Ridge 18-1 is currently listed for a long-term rental October 29, 2010 - May 3, 2011. $12,000 plus utilities, $35 admin fee, $235 end of term cleaning fee and $500 security deposit. Payment terms: $500 deposit due at time of offer. 50% of total is due within seven days of offer acceptance. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Please note: stays less than six month (186 nights) in length require payment of NH rooms tax.
