This comfortable vacation home is located just off the main road in Clearbrook I and offers a wonderful view from just about every room. Located on the level above the entry, enjoy the spacious kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning fireplace and cable TV/VCR. Also on this level is access to the deck where you can relax and take-in the mountain view. The next level hosts a small sitting area with futon couch and small TV. The top-most level of the townhouse contains the master bedroom suite with queen bed and full private bath. Positioned below the entry area is the lowest section of the property playing host to two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, a full bath and the laundry room.
Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is available weekends and holidays in season. Nearby enjoy horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking trails, and other summertime attractions.
